Conditions of Enrolment

Code of Behaviour

Students and Parents/Guardians are expected to behave in accordance with the School’s Code of Behaviour, and to be fully involved in all areas of school life. 

Policies

Parents/Guardians are expected to support the School’s philosophy and ethos, uphold school policies including Uniform, Grievance, Privacy and Enrolment. These are documented on the School website.

Enrolment

Students and Parents/Guardians agree the School may suspend or terminate a student’s enrolment at its sole discretion for serious breaches of school rules or failure to pay school fees. 

School Fees

Please read ISWA Fee Schedule which states the registration fee, confirming fee, tuition fees and fee related conditions.

Parents/Guardians signing an ISWA enrolment application application are jointly or severally responsible for the payment of all School fees, including late payments and all costs associated with the collection of outstanding fees. 

Withdrawal from ISWA

Notice in writing to the Principal is required at least one full term in advance prior to withdrawal of a student. Failure to give such notice will result in a penalty equivalent to one term tuition fee being charged to the family’s account. 

Change of Details

It is the responsibility of the Parents/Guardians to inform the School of any change of contact information, which may occur from the date of this application.

Residency Status

By signing this Application of Enrolment, you are giving the School permission to contact the Visa Entitlement Verification Office (VEVO) to check visa entitlements during your period of enrolment.

Privacy Act

Under the Privacy Act (the Act) ISWA is required to provide you with certain information as to how the School protects your privacy and complies with the requirements of the Act and the 13 Australian Privacy Principles (APP’s).
