The International School of Western Australia is located in the western suburb of City Beach in Perth, Western Australia.

The school offers everything necessary to support a world-class education for students. In addition to large classrooms, the school includes:

  • Science laboratories
  • Drama studio
  • Art studios
  • e-Learning Centre
  • Library
  • Gymnasium, tennis courts & basketball courts
  • Large playing fields
  • Nature playground

The International School of Western Australia’s setting allows us to take advantage of our beautiful surroundings by using them as extensions of our classrooms. The campus is just minutes away from many small bay beaches, including City Beach and Cottesloe Beach, along with some of Perth’s best surf beaches, such as Trigg Beach. Several recreational areas, including Bold Park and Perry Lakes, are nearby.

The campus is also close to the City of Cambridge’s various resources including libraries, sports, and leisure community centres.

Moving to Doubleview

The International School of Western Australia will be moving from its City Beach location to our new home in Doubleview in mid-2020. You can read the latest information about our campus move here.

Principal Maria Coate is happy to answer any questions you may have regarding the move, including timelines, and sharing approved plans of the school. This is an exciting time in the life of our school. We look forward to sharing each new development.

What our teachers say

I love the sense of belonging here at ISWA. Growing up with a foreign family, I never felt like I had the opportunity to express myself and embrace my culture in a school environment. I love how the children here at ISWA are given opportunities to embrace their cultures, as well as being able to teach their peers and teachers about them too.
