An extensive range of extra-curricular activities are available to all students to further their interests and abilities.

Diverse extra-curricular activities

As an international school, many of our extra-curricular activities have a distinct international flavour, enabling our students to experience a rich, culturally diverse, student lifestyle.

Our extra-curricular activity varies each term, so students have the opportunity to try a wide range of pursuits.

Time-tabling

All activities take place before school from approximately 7:30 – 8:15am, at lunchtimes, and after school from approximately 3:30 – 4:40pm. A new timetable is circulated at the start of each term which lists precise times.

Students are not limited to only one co-curricular sport and activity. In fact, students are encouraged to attend a full range sports and activities in their year group offering. Age-appropriate co-curricular activities are offered to all year groups.

ISWA’s Sporting Club & Association affiliations

Our school also has close relationships with several sporting clubs, sponsoring a number local football teams and other sporting events. ISWA staff can provide a list of recommended clubs and associations for additional after school activities. 

On-campus additional language studies

There are also on-campus opportunities for students to undertake additional language studies with highly regarded third-party providers who hold weekly language lessons at the ISWA campus.
