Parent Association

With families from around the world, the ISWA Parent Association plays an important role in welcoming families and strengthening connections across the school community.

The PA is a volunteer-led parent network that organises social activities, supports school
events, coordinates volunteer involvement and creates opportunities for families to connect.

Structure

The PA is led by an Executive Team and supported by Room Representatives, volunteer teams, Social Club Coordinators and parents from across the school.

Room Representatives help welcome families, encourage year-group connections and share relevant PA and social information.

Each class at our school from Kindy – Year 12 has a room representative who ensures that our parents are welcomed, supported and informed about class-level social events and initiatives. 

Guiding Ethos

The ISWA Parent Association is guided by its founding principle: “Fostering a culture of friendliness, tolerance and connection for all members of the ISWA community.”

There are many ways for parents and guardians to participate, whether by volunteering, joining a social club, supporting an activity or simply coming along and connecting with others.
