Offer of Enrolment & Acceptance of Placement
Once all required documentation has been submitted, our enrolment panel will carefully review your child’s application. In some cases, an interview, additional information or a meeting with members of our Student Support Services team may be requested to ensure we understand how best to support your child’s learning journey.
Offers of Enrolment are made subject to class availability. When an application is approved, you will receive an official Offer of Enrolment along with a Confirming Fee invoice. Please note that your child’s place is secured only once this fee has been paid.
Following acceptance, our Admissions Officer will warmly welcome your family and provide all the orientation information needed to help your child settle into ISWA with confidence and ease.
Assisting Visa Application
ISWA does not process the Visa application (including a CRICOS international student visa). We recommend partnering with a migration agent for a swift and positive experience. We can provide the Confirmation of Enrolment Certificate (CoE) to assist with a CRICOS international student visa. This is produced once the Enrolment Package has been received and approved. If you have any further questions, start an enquiry with our Admissions Officer who can answer your questions and explain our teaching and learning approach.
CRICOS Provider Code: 02674 G.
If you are looking for more information or advice, please contact our Admissions Officer via our Enrolment Enquiry Form.
