Global Alliance Exchange! 🌏

ISWA is delighted to continue our role in the Global Alliance student exchange programme with schools from across the world. This programme allows our students to travel to different educational contexts to explore new worlds and new opportunities, learning more about themselves along the way and developing their risk-taking skills and global viewpoints. 🗣️

Safe travels to Murray and Malia (Y11), our first Global Alliance Exchange ambassadors of School Year 25/26! They touched down in Bangkok, Thailand, where they will be living and learning alongside students from NIST for the next three weeks.

Opportunities like this give our already worldly students the chance to further expand their horizons, contextualise their own learning with other educational practices, experience other cultures, and create life-long friends and memories in our vast and interconnected globe. 🌏

We also get to practice our hosting skills, and recently welcomed 6 students from Annie Wright Schools in Washington, USA, NIST in Bangkok, Thailand, & Windhoek International School, Namibia. Our student buddies have been excellent guides to our school and to the wonders and secrets that our corner of the world holds.

We’re internationally-minded, us Swans. 🦢
